Whether we build starter homes in transitioning areas or luxury homes in the most sought-after neighborhoods of Houston, our approach is the same: deliver homes of the highest quality and finishes. We research the design trends and work with some of the best vendors and trades in Houston to deliver houses that stand out.

Size & Layout. Our homes are thoughtfully designed to avoid wasted space. Our entry-level and mid-tier homes are 1500-2500 SF and have 3 bedrooms and 2.5-3.5 bathrooms while our larger luxury homes target 3000-4500 SF with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

Private Outdoor Space. We prioritize fenced-in backyards, private driveways, two-car garages, and no HOA.

Energy Efficient. We use fiberglass batt insulation or spray foam, radiant barrier roof decking, poly-sealed exterior penetrations, low-E windows, high efficiency appliances and HVAC systems, LED lighting, water-saving plumbing fixtures, and more to ensure your bills stay low.

Warrantied. We take great pride in our work and have a long-term view. This means using durable materials, installing highly rated appliances and fixtures, and not taking shortcuts. Our homes come with a 1-2-6 warranty.
